Shipping and Returns Policy

Blueberry Direct Primary Care does not offer refunds for completed services.

If physical products are offered, such as supplements or medical supplies, applicable shipping terms, fulfillment timelines, and return eligibility will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items within the timeframe specified at purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

Medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed or shipped. Personalized or prescription-based products are also not eligible for return.
