Hello!

I was born in Vietnam and moved to Tucson in 2005. That move didn’t just shift geography, it changed the entire trajectory of my life. I came here to be with my family, but what I found was a deep calling: to help people heal, not just treat what’s “wrong.”

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, triple majoring in physiology, business management, and information systems, because yes, I’m a curious person, but also because I believe true healing lives at the intersection of systems, science, and story. I stayed in Tucson for medical school and residency at Banner University Medical Center, and later completed fellowship training at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. That’s where I learned to put a language to what I had always intuitively known: that people are not just lab values or symptom lists, they are whole beings, and their care should reflect that.

Medicine, for me, is about connection. The most meaningful part of my work is sitting with patients, listening...really listening, and getting to the root of their symptoms. Together, we explore not just what hurts, but why. From there, we co-create a plan that’s not only evidence-based but also deeply personal.

I believe in longer visits, softer chairs, and treatment plans that honor both biology and biography. My dream is to one day create a sanctuary-style practice where people walk in carrying the weight of their daily stress and walk out lighter, empowered, and reconnected to themselves.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside gardening, playing my dog, or chasing the perfect bowl of noodles. Nature, movement, and food are my medicine too.

If you're looking for a doctor who sees you, not just your chart. You’ve come to the right place. My goal is to create that kind of space for you.
